I didn't go to Geomdo today, because i felt really tired, and I needed to clean my apartment, for when my friends come tomorrow. Also, it gives me a reason to clean. I really hate cleaning, so much.

It will be good to have a vacation. I really need it. Sometimes, weekends aren't enough to have off. Sometimes, you need extra days away from work, so that you come back refreshed and ready to do it all again.

Lately, I've been going to the gym, which is good. Taking my MP3 player to the gym has really helped. It helps when its boring, and I dont want to listen to the bad music that they play at the gym.

Tomorrow, i will go to the gym. I will try to get there before 10am. If I start early, I can finish early, and maybe get to Gwangju before my friends do.

I got my phone fixed... Again. At least they were quick about it. Also, I'm glad that the the phone is still under warranty, coz I would not pay for foxing a fault that the A/S people created. Pretty shitty A/S is you ask me. Just glad it was sorted out quickly.

I can't wait until summer is over here. I could deal with the temperature, if it was a dry heat, but its really humid here. I'm averaging 2 or 3 showers a day. Even if I wasn't going to the gym and Geomdo classes, I would still need 2 or 3 showers, because of how dirty the weather makes me feel.

I watched Evan Almighty at the cinema today. I thought it wasn't too bad. Had its funny parts. Morgan Freeman reprises his roll as God, and ask Evan Baxter (the news reader that works at the same network that Bruse worked at, from the Bruce Almighty Movie), and God gets him to build an Ark.

I got my phone back last night from being serviced, but now I find that it has no sound. That's very SHIT after sales service is you ask me. What kind of company, doesn't check all the systems to see if they aren't working first, before they give it back to the customer? just FUCKING STUPID! So, my boss will take it back again tomorrow.

Going the gym is a good thing. Even though it makes my days feel longer, its good that I'm not siting at home and doing nothing.

I'm at the PC bang now, beacuse I brought my Geomdo uniform with me. I thought i would finish just after 7pm today, but I didn't. It gets pretty noisy here, so it can be annoying.

Went to the health club again today. The trainer showed me how to do different exercises on the other machines, and then gave me a 3 day rotation plan, to work on all the things he showd me. He can't come on friday, so I'll just follow day one of what he said (also, the gym will be closed this saturday, so the next day at the gym will be next monday). Now that I have an idea about what I'm doing, I can come in a bit earlier, and do a bit more stretching, a bit more aerobics, and not have to worry about running out of time.

I've got 8 classes tomorrow. 5 middle school and 3 regular primary school classes. It will be a long day, but okay. My body does need a rest from the gym. I think its okay to have one really long day, so that all my other days are a bit easier to handle. But, some of the middle school children, really make me think about why I came to Korea, and if I am wasting my time here.

My phone stopped working last night. Lately, some buttons have been really hard to press, especially the on/off button. So, after I changed batteries last night, I couldn't turn it on. I gave it to my boss today, and he will take it into Gwangju tomorrow, since it is his morning off from teaching. I just hope that it won't take too long.

Today is my sister's 18th birthday today. She got some pretty cool presents from other people, but everyone is still kind of surprised that I bought her a computer. Well, I know it will help her when she goes to university, and also with her school work now.

I went to the Health Club today. A lot has changed there since I went there last time. New machines are there, and a better free weights section. Also, I met the two trainers today. One of them was a bit shy around me (which is the one that is there in the morning), but the other guy, is really kind and helpful. Also, his muscles are the bigger ones. His body is really good ^^

Anyway, I arrived there just before 10am today, and there wasn't a trainer. The people at the front desk called the trainer for me, in which the afternoon trainer came to help me. Later, the morning trainer came. The morning trainer starts at 11am, which isn't a good time for me. So, after working out, the afternoon trainer said that he will come at 10am, just for me, so I was really surprised and felt good, that he will go out of his way, just for me. He seems really kind, which is good.

Well, I'm happy that I've joined the gym, and want to look good by next summer. Also, i ate bibimbap twice today, once for lunch, once for dinner. a non-meat day today. hehe.

I met 현철 for dinner today. We went to 한국관 for dinner and had 비빔밥. I had 육회비빔밥 and he had 돌솥비빔밥. There was a cute new waitress there, but I didn't talk to her. haha.

Then we went back to his place, and watched the Korea vs Iran soccer game. We both agreed that it was the best thing to do, since the only thing you can do in my town at night, is go to a PC bang, drink alcohol, or go to noraebang.

I saw Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix today. It was okay, but not all that good either. There was so much stuff that was cut out of the book, so it was a little dissapointing. But, in a way, it was good, because if they had more of the book, it would have been longer than 2 hours 20 minutes.

Signed up for the gym today, and I will start on monday. I'm thinking that I can go at least 3 times a week, with 5 times a week at the most. I only signed up for 1 month, to see how it goes. But, if I really wanna get to my goal by next summer, I should do it for the next 12 months.

Fighting! 할수있다 ^^

I broke my diet yesterday, but I think that will happen sometimes, especially, when there is a special event or something. But, as long as I control the bad things that I eat, I will be okay.

I'm still not sure about joining the gym. I think it is because of my feelings about last time I went - with all the Korean people staring at me. It happens all the time anyway, so I should be able to ignore it, but, the gym is a different place, than other places.

I should ignore it. I have to ignore it. I have set a goal, and I should try it! If other people want to stare, then that is their problem. Maybe they should get out more, see different things.

Yesterday's day off was good. I went to Columbus cinema, and made my membership card. I watched 해부학교실, but the person next to me was so annoying, using her phone and sending messages thoughout the movie. I tend to have more bad experiecnes with Koreans, rather than good ones. So, sometimes, it can get upsetting.

I'm sick of Koreans pointing at me, saying 외국사람, and saying things about me in Korean. Its rather rude, and racist sometimes. Sometimes i feel like an alienm, or a zoo animal, with the way koreans stare and point. KOREA, GET OVER IT.

After the movie, I went to Emart, had dinner, and made a point card. I was surprised that me, a foreigner, could do that, since normally foreigners can't do things like that. For me to get my cyworld and p-mang ID, i had to send proof of my alien card. But, I didn't have to do that for either the Columbus Cinema Card, and my Shinsegae point card.

Day 3 of my diet, and i'm still alive, which is good. I was really hungry today, but after eating Bibimbap, i was much better ^^

I went back to Geomdo last night, I was really surprised that I could remember most of it. After that, I went shopping with Samonim at emart. It was okay, but I was a little tired.

Last night at Geomdo, i got 품띠, the red and black belt, that is 1 before black. So, I can hope that I can get black soon, if I work hard.

First of July - Half of 2007 has gone already... 2008 is slowly getting closer. I came to Busan this weekend to meet 성진 and 미선 ^^ I always have a good time when I meet them. At the moment, 성진 is playing a game on his computer. I bought my computer with me to busan, because the bus is boring, so if I have space, I can watch things on my computer on the bus ^^
