I haven't been to the gym since last thursday! Lately, i have been feeling so tired and worn out. I almost fell asleep in class yesterday!
I woke up today at 7:20am, the time I normally woke up, feeling shitty and tired, and it was raining heavily outside. So, I went back to sleep, and woke up at about 9am.
I really have to get back to the gym. I have to go tomorrow. I have to push myself harder, to get to the gym, no matter what the weather is like, and no matter what my feeling is.. just, go go go!
