no gym today. feeling really tired. i broke my 300cal mark of cardio yesterday, which is really cool. i've lost 4kg so far ^^ So many more to go, but I will get there soon.

I'm feeling really tired today, beacuse I didn't sleep well last night, and have only been sleeping 6 ~ 7 hours at night. Its caught up with me. Next week, my plan is to go to the gym monday, tuesday, thursday and friday. 4 days is good, with a day rest in between.
